Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Redstone Clear Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Louisville region, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Investigate trends in seasonal crews and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on grower contracts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
