Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Harborlight Wilder Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 397 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in quality documentation and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
