Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Bluepeak Harbor Care Services provides in-home and community support in Virginia Beach, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in care plans and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on caregiver training. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
