Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Clearpath Oak Banking Services is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for loan files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in loan files and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on card disputes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
