Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Ironwood Summit Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Tucson area. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 509 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in school calendars and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on student accounts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
