Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Rowan Hospitality and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in food costs and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on guest bookings. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
