Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Clearpath Junction Markets is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for shrink and waste, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Investigate trends in shrink and waste and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
