Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Bright Willow Community Partners is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for food distribution, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in food distribution and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on client intake. • Python or R for analysis.
