Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Stonegate Sparrow Legal Group is a law firm in Albuquerque serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in billing records and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on intake forms. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
