Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Westbrook Fox Auto Group Partners serves drivers and dealerships across the Kansas City region, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on service appointments. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
