Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Highbridge Energy is an energy provider in Kansas City focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in usage data and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on meter readings. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
