Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Portland, OR)

Ironwood Pike Staffing Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 58 people based in Portland. What you will do • Investigate trends in onboarding and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on timekeeping.
