Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Portland, OR)

Redstone Keystone Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Portland working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people based in Portland. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in survey data and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on accessibility audits. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
