Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Pittsburgh, PA)

Nova Cobalt Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Pittsburgh producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in release testing and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on quality documentation. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
