Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Pittsburgh, PA)

We are growing our team at Silverline Drift Facilities and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in safety inspections and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
