Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Cobalt Construction and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 169 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in change orders and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on safety records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
