Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Philadelphia, PA)

Fernwood Granite Property Management Group manages apartment communities around Philadelphia, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in rent collection and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on lease renewals. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
