Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Philadelphia, PA)

Fernwood Harbor Farms is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in cold storage and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on packing house output. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
