Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Philadelphia, PA)

Amberfield Corner Property Management is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for vendor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 75 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in vendor invoices and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on lease renewals. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
