Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Philadelphia, PA)

Redstone Pike Auto Group Partners is a Philadelphia company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in parts orders and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on service appointments. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
