Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Philadelphia, PA)

Amberfield Ivory Inspection Services Group provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Philadelphia, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Investigate trends in certifications and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on field inspections. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
