Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Philadelphia, PA)

Westbrook Corner Water Authority is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for pipe repairs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on meter reading. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
