Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Philadelphia, PA)

Stonegate Mill Care Services Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for client records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in client records and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on licensing. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
