Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Philadelphia, PA)

Ironwood Yarrow Facilities is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 677 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on cleaning schedules. • Python or R for analysis.
