Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Philadelphia, PA)

Bluepeak Bright Markets Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Investigate trends in supplier deliveries and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on shrink and waste. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
