Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Philadelphia, PA)

Lumen Granite Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Philadelphia, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in capital projects and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on water quality. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
