Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Philadelphia, PA)

Bright West Health provides primary and specialty care in Philadelphia. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Investigate trends in insurance authorisations and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on electronic records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
