Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Philadelphia, PA)

Stonegate Bridge Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Philadelphia, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in customer tracking and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on carrier rates. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
