Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Yarrow Hospitality Group and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in supplier orders and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on guest bookings. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
