Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Philadelphia, PA)

Northwind Clear Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Philadelphia region, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in grower contracts and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on cold storage. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
