Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Orlando, FL)

Highbridge Juniper Legal Group provides legal services in Orlando across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in court deadlines and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on client files. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
