Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Orlando, FL)

Redstone Quarry Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Orlando, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 585 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in dock schedules and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on loads and lanes. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
