Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Orlando, FL)

Foxglove Ember Water Authority is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Investigate trends in billing accounts and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on capital projects.
