Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Glen Hospitality and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 326 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in reviews and feedback and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on supplier orders. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
