Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Orlando, FL)

Fernwood Field Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Orlando and nearby communities, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in pipe repairs and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on billing accounts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
