Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Omaha, NE)

We are growing our team at Lumen Birch Care Services and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 349 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in care plans and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on family communication. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
