Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Oklahoma City, OK)

Highbridge Haven Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 133 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Investigate trends in school calendars and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on enrolment. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
