Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Oklahoma City, OK)

Clearpath Health Group is a healthcare provider in Oklahoma City with clinics and support teams, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in insurance authorisations and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on referrals. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
