Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Silverline Stone Telecom and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in field visits and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on service installations. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
