Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Oklahoma City, OK)

Northwind Haven Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 126 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Investigate trends in waiting lists and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on lease compliance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
