Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Oklahoma City, OK)

Bright Ashton Banking Services Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for deposit accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in deposit accounts and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
