Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Oakland, CA)

Rivermark Clear Telecom is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for customer tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Investigate trends in customer tickets and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on network equipment. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
