Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (New Orleans, LA)

Westbrook Ivory Care Services is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 200 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in caregiver training and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on visit scheduling. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in New Orleans, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
