Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (New Orleans, LA)

Bright Wilder Property Management Group manages apartment communities around New Orleans. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in maintenance requests and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on unit turnovers. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
