Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (New Orleans, LA)

Cedar Clear Telecom is a telecommunications provider in New Orleans focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 85 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in billing accounts and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on customer tickets. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
