Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Nashville, TN)

Amberfield Cedar Environmental Services Group serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Nashville, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in landfill records and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on service complaints. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
