Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Juniper Arts Center and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in volunteer programmes and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on exhibitions. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
