Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Minneapolis, MN)

Harborlight Haven Property Management is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for unit turnovers, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on resident events. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
