Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Milwaukee, WI)

Summit Harbor Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Milwaukee presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in exhibitions and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on ticketing. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
