Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Milwaukee, WI)

Fernwood Fox Auto Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 54 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in supplier deliveries and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on vehicle inspections. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
